Type of a scam Identity Theft

I heard about Build That Idea from a youtuber, he casually brought in up in one of his shorts (Anti.Prophet). When I went to the website, I looked to purchase it, however, I was sent to a form to fill out and be put on a waitlist, on that form, I filled out my ideas for AI wrappers. A few days later, I was personally contacted at [email protected] and he expressed a lot of interest in my potential product, he encouraged me to try and set up a time to meet, so I could be put ahead on the waitlist, I attempted to meet with him a few days later. However he failed to show up, I followed up with him and he got back to me, saying to just try again. I did, and he no-showed again, I then tried to follow up with him. However he has yet respond (in 20 days), in a hail Mary, I attempted to schedule 1 more time, and of course he did not show up. I believe he stole my idea and just ghosted me, attempting to make a profit on my (un patented) Idea.
