I received a call from a spanish speaking person, asked to talk to someone who spoke english. A woman named Ashley got on the line and said my electricity would be turned off if I did not pay it over the phone, she claimed it was pass due and would be turned off in 30 minutes. I told her this could not be correct my account is always current. I asked her for a phone number to call her back. She gave me 480-571-3232 I hung up to double check my account from SRP which was current. I called this number back and someone speaking in spanish answered. I am elderly but thank God I knew this sounded like a Scam.
