I paid this company owned by Nick ****** 27,000 plus other set up fees including 3,500 to create LLC and EIN for the Walmart stores and 1,700 for states tax exemptions . Automation Alliance suppose to set up an online automation walmart store for Whole sale, and a Walmart and Amazon's Drop shipping stores. Automation Alliance was to set it up and manage the stores for 30% profit sharing for Automation Alliance Group. LLC was created in my name , the store with Walmart and Amazon were never created. Come to find out drop shipping from amazon is against Walmart policy I attempted to get the information on LLC created under my name to no avail. They will not return emails or call me. All the communication channel are either no longer active or non/existent. They need to be stopped with a class action suit. More victims like me will be contacting a lawyer for this breach of contracts. This is thousand of dollars I was hoping to have a business as they promised and we split the profit. It was to be fully automated by them. They take the money without any action or service landed. Please do not get involved with this company.
