This company has no intention to sell your unused timeshares with RCI. I disputed my payment through my credit card company. Business cooperate travel fought and won the dispute I had with the company. I thought this company was legitimate due to the DocuSign system they used, however all this did was allow this company to win the dispute and steel my money. I received five offers from Business corporates travel. None was valid due to no availability. My experience was just about the same as everyone else. This company has hurt legitimate companies. I will hang up or block any time share company from this point on. The company does not seem to care about bad reviews. As of today I can no longer contact anyone at Business corporate travel. As soon as I request customer service I go into a que and after about an hour I am disconnected. Be afraid of this company, be very afraid.

I too was scammed by business corporate travel in Oct of 2022. And Luke every one else, they will block your number once you have figured out their scam. If anyone has any resolutions to the issue or how we all can proceed with a class action lawsuit, please advise. Also, the listed address for the company is also fraudulent. I have been in contact with another victim that physically drove to this address which there in no company by this name at this address.

I was contacted by phone with an offer to rent my 10 unused timeshare weeks for $1600 per week, after a down-payment of $2394.00 which I paid. I was told that there was great demand for thses properties. I received several email with offers but the times and locations seems very random. After a few calls to RCI, I became suspicious and researched the company. I then realised that I was scammed. We need to find out who these people are and get our money back.

Yes, unfortunately I was scammed. I paid the $2000 plus and was assured that they would be able to rent 10 weeks from my Timeshare at $1600 per week. After back and forth email, RCI made me aware that this company might not be what I think they are. Even when I told them that the weeks were available noone called me back to book the weeks. We need to file a class action lawsuit against these scammers!

Company probably not on business but scammed everyone for payment to get your timeshare sold. No offers no call back and blocked phone number. No timeshare sales no honoring contract.

Now this SCAM is working from a different number 689-278-3326 and scammer is Charlotte. They hung up on me as I told them I know their game.

Just like all the others here I was scammed. I was contacted by a Nicole Moore in May 2022. She said if I paid $1794 for 6 weeks at $299 per week, I would be guaranteed that they will sell the weeks at a rate of $1600 per week. I would be sent offers as they come in. I was never sent any offers . Before the contract ended I tried calling the number given 1-800-763-3065 and my number was blocked so I called from a different number and was placed on hold indefinitely. I also tried the other number to contact the agent 407-734-1633 and no answer of course. There should be someway for a class action lawsuit against these [censored].

It's a COMPLETE SCAM. I've experienced the same as the stories above. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Only in Florida can these companies get away with this. If you get a call about time shares from Florida be afraid, be very afraid.

They called me with an opportunity to get money back as in an investment from my time share in June 2022 for my unused RCI "get away weeks". I asked questions because I was unsure about this and never had heard of it before. They assured me that I was guaranteed $1600 a week - I paid $2394 for 6 weeks which was the ONLY option they had he said it was an "activation fee". Chris Powell was the one who I spoke with and said that they had lots of interest for vacation rentals but not enough places which is why they are contacting people who have RCI get away weeks through Holiday Inn Club Membership. I checked their website and they seemed legit. I called back with the number he gave me the next day to ask more questions about why what he called "activation fee" was advertising fee in the contract. He answered and explained it well enough for me not to cancel. I received emails for 3 offers of which were never for available dates. After this happened the second time I finally realized what they were doing. I called in December twice because the contract states if there are no offers at 180 days they will renew at cost of the company. No one ever answered for me to speak with or returned my call. I emailed the email address on the website and no response in Feb. I have called Chris's number specifically recently in which an answering service had to take a message. I explained my frustration and they said they would have someone call me back the same that I was told back in Dec. If anyone knows who they can reported to and how I can get my money back please share.

I have been a victim as well and have been through the same thing that everyone else has who has filed a complaint against this company. I was also contacted by Andrew Burns (407)743-3178 and he guaranteed me that I will have my timeshare rented out within 30-90 days. He said that he also could guarantee me $1600.00 week. Then he asked for my credit card information and then for me to sign a contract and they charged me $2394.00. Every time I call someone answers and then puts me on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for me to hang up. They have since blocked my number from calling so I have to call from a different number to get a hold of someone and then they still put me on hold and then they hang up. I have contacted an attorney to seek legal action against that company and to see what my options are.

Let me know the outcome. I think a class action would be a good way to go. File a complaint with the feds.

I have had experience as the other 5 reviews. Yes I was duped but this was and is a SCAM. I too have asked for my money back twice, and done BBB report twice. So here we all sit with a useless time share situation who were excited to recoup even a portion of money spent with holiday inn club vacations. Why are all the offers “scheduled” and for weeks that are popular so there’s no way I can get a room for them to “sell”. Is it possible that BCT is owned by HICV? Recycle the timeshares seems a money maker.

Oh and when you look up “who owns BCT.”? You get nothing. Seems odd that you can find me online but not the owners of a “company” if you will

I've been part of this too, started back in 9/22. Is there a number we can call to complain on this?

I contracted 6 weeks for Business Corporate Travel to "sell". Only 3 Offers is horrible production for 6 available weeks. I feel at the minimum misled by those who introduced me to this process and more to the point scammed. I have asked for my money to be returned as a first step.

Not valid offers correct?

Andrew Burns (407)743-3178 called me and guaranteed me that I will have my timeshare rented out within 30 days. He said that he also could guarantee me $1900.00 week. Then he asked for my credit card information and then for me to sign a contract and they charge me $2394.00. I was calling them since my 30 days at 1-800-763-3065. Every time I call no one answers and then the next day someone will call and say that it hasn't been 60-90 days. I then tell them that Andrew told me 30 days so now with the back and forth mind you that the contract started on 8/1/22 and ends on 1/28/23. They send me an offer on email for a rental for 2/2023. Why are yall playing games with me. My contract ends on 1/28/23! they are trying to be slick and they are scammers do not do business with them. I also called RCI and they stated that they never heard of them and 3rd party companies are scammers!

Someone from Business Corporate Travel called me with an offer to rent our "extra vacation weeks" with RCI for me to business travelers in the Orlando area. All I had to do was agree to pay $2,394 upfront (399/week for 6 timeshare weeks) and in 60-90 days I could expect to receive cashiers' checks for $1,600 week ($9,600 total). They knew enough about my Holiday Inn Club/RCI membership to sound legitimate, showed me their website (www.business corporate travel.com), and even had a "3rd party verification" process to help support their legitimacy. The sales man who called gave his name as Chris Powell and provided the same number and address as listed on the fake website. That number is (800) 763-3065. I have attached a copy of the agreement they convinced me to sign and they charged my credit card $2,394....." this transaction went through as Owners Rental Program.

They called me regarding my timeshare. They stated that they are a company that rents timeshare owners getaway weeks and they can guaranty me $1900.00 per week. They wanted me to allow them to rent 6 weeks and in return I will be given $11,400.00. They said that the week is already considered rented as soon as I give them the authority to release my guest passes for the six weeks. They asked for my credit card information to be included on a docusign contract and by signing electronically I have given them authorization of a payment of $2394($399x6weeks fee). I called my timeshare and they said this was a scam.
