Company is very unethical in its practice and how it conducts business with its customers. I was promised into believing that they were going to guarantee delivery by a certain time as described at checkout and their website. After weeks of failed attempts to try to get their employees to cancel my order, due to their failures, I was denied a refund. They explicitly knew that the longer they kept me waiting the better it was for them to deny me a refund. I didn't get the item on time as promised. It is a very shady company. I would think twice in doing business with them in the future as they are unreliable, unprofessional, and have unethical practices. They did not apologize and continued to ship the item after I have told them constantly to cancel my order and not ship it as it is past the deadline promised. They did it anyways and ceased all communication with me. Very bad local business that seems to take advantage of people during the holidays and use that as an excuse to justify business malpractice.

They have different and multiple companies that have been shut down. They disguise their companies as a service to steal information and money, and ran by same criminal organization of people. They include buship, Unico Taxi, Fresco Fud, Anaheim Web Agency, Bucktee and others. They shut down due to multiple complaints and unethical practices. They disguise their business as selling a product, but they do not. These type of ecommerce businesses have started to pop up, especially during the holiday season to take advantage of people during the stressful holiday shopping.

The business has promised to have delivery of items before Christmas. This did not happen and after canceling order and talking to customer service they still went ahead and charged me for an item that I no longer needed. They would go to great lengths to try to persuade you to keep items and delay the time needed to cancel your order. That way, they have no reason to return your money back after a certain period of time has come. Their employees are aware of this. Very unprofessional and unethical company to do business with. I tried multiple times to try to get my money back before since they have promised delivery by a certain time. When that didn't happen I immediately told them to cancel the order and refund me. They waited 2 weeks to respond after the item has shipped. They charged me and ignored my previous email and concerns.
