Clicked a Burt's bees baby add on Instagram, had trademark licensing, pictures, product numbers everything. Ordered almost $40.00 worth of stuff. Received order confirmation and shipping updates. After over a month I contacted customer support and realized it was a fake company. Called them out and they promised to refund me but never did. Now the website is completely gone.

I thought this was a legitimate burts bees baby website. I purchased order number hydrence241117050912667

After not receiving my order for over a month I realized this was a knock off website. I was still getting tracking updates so I waited to see if the pajamas were actually coming.

After being in my town distribution center for over 5 days, I checked my order status again, and now the link says "sorry cannot find order".

Your website is completely different. I want a full refund of my order.
