Seemed legit at first and from an USA location, never received the shoes and I started contacting them by email, about 15 emails so far, still have not received any shoes. First they said it was held up in customs in California, so they allegedly sent another package, that never came..they said it was delivered on the holiday weekend, however I did not get it.

A third box was not available they were sold out of the clearance shoes..I asked for a credit to my card.. they were trying to negotiate a 40% credit,, several more emails and told them I should get 100% credit cause I didn't receive any shoes.

Several more emails delaying stalling me, I still have not received anything..

I ordered a blanket the first one they said it was signed for don't know who or where it certainly was not me so they said they would resend the order 3mths and no order and they have taken there site down so I can't get in touch never order from this site you will only be giving your money away

Paid $39.47 online at Burolga.com with My Master Card!! This was back on Jan. 9th 2023. Never Received shipment of boots!! My Bank cannot do anything about it!! Please Stop This Operation in Stephensville, TX or CHINA, or wherever This Scammer is located!! PLEASE STOP All Scammers!! Thank You!!

Ordered several items, started out in China, no phone number so I emailed them it took 5+ days for an answer nothing from this company has been delivered it has been more than a month, now website doesn't exist at all

I saw it on YouTube so I thought it must have some truth. Ordered shoes. First delivery was delivered after 4 weeks but not to me. They said they sresend a new package. Now after 5 weeks it's also delivered, but not to me.
Homepage doesn't work anymore. It wss cheap and I doesn't care about the money but it's boring waiting for 10 weeks for nothing. I don't think this information was online in early January.

I purchased a product from this website thanking it was a legit site. however a month later, after I did not receive the package, I contacted the website via email and asked them what I could do. they let me know that I should have accepted the package already and that the package was supposedly lost as of right now. they offered to pay me half of my refund back however I want nothing to do with the website so I declined all payment offered.

On Jan. 10, 2023 I bought 1 pair of Caterpillar brand work boots for $ 20.44 USA. After 1 month had elapsed, I had not received them. During this time I contacted the company via email, several times. All I got was excuses & apologies. I then asked for a refund,an option offered by them. Another month,more emails, more excuses & apologies,nothing. By this time I suspected a scam, and began investigating report scamming sites,online. I found many complaints about them. Yes I stupidly took the juciy bait of a good price,but I was also fooled by a very professional looking website! I have learned my lesson, but am reporting this to help prevent others from being conned and ripped off! I hope this helps someone else. Thank you Dan S.

I ordered boots from this company and a month later received a worthless cheap glass ring instead of my boots. The tracking number was correct that they sent me but it was for a package the size of a mug compared to the package that would contain pairs of boots. A customer service kept willing on the fact that the package was in route and to be patient and they are there to answer all questions. But they do not answer the questions that you give them they spin around it. So instead of receiving what I had ordered I received something worthless.

I ordered something that said it was coming from China it's been about 3 weeks now it said it was in my mailbox at my mailbox or in courtyard it just didn't come and now they won't answer any of my emails or nothing

The website offered men's and women's clothing at very low prices. The address of record appeared to be in Ireland. When the purchase was made, a return address was in China. Attempting to contact the listed phone number of ************, the system responded that it could not complete the call. One reply was made to me from their customer service website, "[email protected]" and told me that Covid was slowing down deliveries. However, package tracking showed that mdse had been in U. S. for two weeks and not delivered.
