I called this company after I couldn’t find my keys when leaving work one night. They said they couldn’t do the key that night so I declined services because I really needed help. Regardless I couldn’t find help and just took a taxi home. They called me back at like 7am asking if I ever got in & offered services. A co-worker has recently used them and recommended them. I drive my bfs truck up to my work to meet him. It was a plain clothed man with no company or logo anywhere. I didn’t really think much of it other than it was a weekend and maybe he was on call. He popped the lock on it easily. I had my son with me so I went inside while he waited on the code to program my chip key. He said it would be 30 mins— 1 1/2 has later I tell him I have to go take my son to an appointment; since it was my restaurant I have him the money and asked him to give it to my bartender. He wrote me a receipt and I was on my way. He calls and says that he finished the key but couldn’t cut it that I needed to go to my nearest dealership & they would do it. At the time I was super busy and just said okay. When I return I find a standard uncut key. I go to the dealership and the guy told me that I did not receive a chip key and that it probably wouldn’t unlock my car nor start it. It didn’t work. Luckily I found my keys the next day because I would still be stranded. I have called this company multiple times; emailed them; left messages for the owner who is never there; the ladies actually started to pick up the phone and hang up if I called. I did call daily but $195 to do nothing but pop open my doors and give me a fake key is ridiculous. I just wanted the difference for the cost left after the service fee... they never offered to just make me the key to make it right; never offered a refund and heck I had to talk to the owner for that and he was never there and wouldn’t give me alternate way of contacting him.... TOTAL SCAM!!! Complete frauds! I have video of this guy coming in the restaurant dropping off the key and calls from him when he arrived, and a ** receipt.... horrible company
