Woman's Waterproof Boots

I ordered these boots and should have known better when it stated Nordstrom, but them went to this scam company. The boots are no where near the size I ordered, they are as thin as paper and I cannot even get my foot in them. Duped again from China, their products are inferior and a rip off!

I ordered these boots twice, in 2 different colors. Unfortunately I didn't wait to get the first pair before ordering the 2nd pair (possibly from a different website.

The ad emphasizes that these are leather...they are polyurethane and smell like the entire factories toxic fumes were sealed in the bag with each pair. And they're no where near the right size...if I could get my feet in them, MAYBE I'd wear them to get the mail, but even then, I'm afraid I'd get a ticket for air pollution.

Wholy deceptive, false advertising, total rip off! Don't do it. It just sucks the life out of your soul.

Just To See You Smile boot scam

This scam has nothing to do with Buno Store, but I can see from customer photographs that they are the same boots I ordered from Just To See You Smile. Actually the facebook ad was marked "Nordstrom" but when I clicked on it I was taken to the "Just to See You Smile" website. At that point I should have clicked it away. I ordered the "Women Water Proof Boots" on 12/8/21 on sale for $63.98. They arrived on or near Jan. 18, 2022 in a plastic bag with no receipt. They were sent from China. They are constructed so poorly with extremely inferior materials, and there is no way you can get a human foot inside. If there is any "leather" at all in these "leather boots," it is the thinest of membranes bonded to synthetic material. As some other customers have remarked, they had an unpleasant petrochemical odor. I have received other inferior merchandise from China with a similar odor! Namely an attractive jacket that stunk so much I never could bring myself even to try it on. They must make stuff in China with industrial waste. I have been trying to get a refund but the back-and-forth with "customer service" is fruitless. They're telling me that I ordered the wrong size and want me to measure various parts of the boot. I give up, they win. It's too late to tell AMEX not to pay them as it took so long for the boots to arrive that I had already paid the bill. As in the past I just throw the garbage away and say goodbye to my money. I just wish I could warn people away from "Just To See You Smile," but the web is full of these scamming websites and I have been a victim numerous times. Shame on me.

The worst thing I’ve ever ordered online nothing like in the picture they’re plastic not leather the lining is so thin you could put your finger through it and the soul is nowhere nearly as thick as in the picture and very slippery I squeezed my foot into it even though I have a narrow foot and ordered a whole size bigger could barely get my foot in stepped onto my hardwood floor and almost fell down there’s so slippery… Total scam tried phoning the phone number and guess what just an answering machine… Googled their address and their company is not even at that address… They say they are made in the USA but surprise surprise there’s Chinese writing all over the outside of the package what a scam $74 later I’m so angry at them and myself would love to get my money back but I’m sure I won’t

I ordered two pair of "leather" boots in early December. First of all, the boots arrived in a padded shipping envelope - no box - and the package had a terrible odor. The return address was JFK airport - no contact name, nothing, just the main address for JFK. When I opened the envelope, I could barely stand the smell. It was terrible. The boots were a thin stiff plastic (as others reviewers have described) with a thin lining and extremely thin sole. Not sure they would even hold up if I tried to wear them. Worst quality product I have ever ordered. Nothing like the picture on their website. Don't waste your time or money. Also, their refund policy is 15 days - so good luck trying to return anything .

They say their boots are leather with thick soles and they are not the soles were paper thin. Fake leather! Save your money quality is super poor! And their customer service is awful! I actually ordered 5 pair of boots from this company for Christmas gifts. All of the photos on the website show beautiful supple leather boots with a thick wool lining. The website looked 100% legit. Three weeks later, on Dec 22, 2021 I received the boots. The outside is a stiff plastic-like material - NOT LEATHER. The "lining" is a VERY thin, faux "fur" of some type and there is NO LINING on the floor of the boot, just plastic. The laces are thin plastic without finished ends. And, they all smelled like gasoline/petroleum (very strong). I contacted them for a refund and was give the same story: 1) they don't make mistakes, and 2) they only source the best materials, blah, blah, blah. No refund would be forthcoming. A complete scam. Selling fraudulent merchandise. How is this not illegal and why isn't Facebook and Instagram vetting their advertisers prior to allowing the ads to be seen.

False Product Advertisement

Save your money! Boots advertised are NOT the same delivered. Leather is NOT leather, it’s a stiff plastic, fur is cheap and thin and boot has absolutely NO support and very uncomfortable. Sizes are not true to size! I bought 2 pairs for $89. It’s a cheap useless product! Their return policy is 15 days…how convenient FOR BUNO but definitely not the consumer! Keep away from this company.

Trash-worthy boots and horrible customer service

I placed an order with Buno and received damaged boots that were also the wrong color. This store is absolutely a scam. Their return policy is fake and they do not honor it. I wasted my time by arguing with their customer service with no resolution. I now have trash-worthy shoes that I cannot return. Thank you for the opportunity to possible prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did by sharing my experience with Buno.

Counterfeit merchandise

Placed order with this company 11/30/21, did not receive merchandise until 12/13/21. Merchandise received not what pictured. They sent some email about not responsible for customer dissatisfaction. REALLY! Out of $83.99 and stuck with shoes I want let my dog wear! Please don’t make the mistake I did. Don’t order from this company

Worst And Cheapest Boots Ever

These are the worst boots I have ever purchased in my life. The boots are completely plastic from top to bottom. I have not tried them on because they look like the sole will not support any weight. The soles are so thin and do no look like the ones advertised on the Instagram website. I am shocked that Instagram would allow a company of this poor quality to advertise on their website especially considering there is no return policy. This company is a scammer company and should not be allowed to operate any where. I’m going to do my best to sound the alarm so this company is ran out of business.

Awful and cheap boots

I ordered these on 12/1/2021 and received them on 12/16/2021. When I opened the package, there were no labels or receipts, and it had some weird off - gas smell. I also struggled putting it on as the opening didn't seem big enough for my foot. I ordered a size 7 and usually I wear a 6.5. When I finally got them on, it was quite uncomfortable inside as I could feel the sole when walking on it. The inner lining is so thin and fake too. I wanted to returned them badly, only to find that there is no real store, it's an e-commerce store. There were no return address for me to return it, so I email customer support, and they say the boots are 'custom made' once purchased and can't be returned after 6-hrs of purchase, which I find completely baloney. Now I'm stuck with these horrible, stinking boots. The picture shows how fake they are. Buyers beware! Don't buy these!

Saw an ad for nice looking winter boots on Instagram at the special reduced price of $45.99. The ad included video of the workshop and construction in process. In addition to graphics showing that the boots were suitable for all foot types, weak arches, high arches, and regular arches. The ad also showed a label of the Swiss or Sweden flag on the boots. On 11/24/21 I ordered a pair in size 8 1/2, was given an alleged ship date of 11/26/21. Received the boots on 12/11/21 and they were nothing like the ad. They did not fit, had no sizing, no labels, and the USPS shipping label covered a label in Chinese! So sent an email to Buno Store on 12/11/21 at 4:59pm CST requesting an address for return and my money back. Received an email response on 12/12/2021 where they claim the manufacturer said the order was free of flaws and defects, and that cancellation and refunds only occur when the customer changes his mind within 6 hrs of placing the order. The address given above does not actually exist and the billing local on my AMEX card showed London! This is a true scam!
