I was interested in purchasing some clothes for a friend’s pet bunny and looked into the company before purchasing. I looked on their facebook page and noticed comments saying they purchased from them weeks ago and never got their order and had not been contacted back from the company. Person did not get a refund or item. I checked the company’s instagram and noticed comments that were from bots, not people as well.

I made a purchase from Bunny Supply Co after the products were advertised to me on Instagram. The business seems credible because the Instagram account has about 55,000 followers and the site interacts with its users. However, the orders are not fulfilled. I inquired with the company through email and Instagram roughly 5 times within 6 months of my order being placed. They never responded to me. I spoke with at least 10 other rabbit owners who also found this site to be a scam. Eventually, after reaching out to a famous account to get traction, the site responded to me. They sent me an email that said a refund was issued. However, no refund appeared in my banking account.
