I was approached by Anthony Tan. He said he can fix the two dents and do a paint job for $200 and I agreed. He said that the job will be done then and I will get to see my car fix when hes done. After he was finished he said it was $400 that it was $200 per. I told him I never agreed to that price and I dont have that money so he said $350. I felt uncomfortable as he was forceful that I paid the $350 even thought he said $200. It felt like a scam. He did not disclose the fact that I had to wait 5 hours for the wax so I did not see the finished service then and there. After I removed the wax, I saw there was no paint so he did not say what he was going to do. I asked for a full refund but he will not give it to me and said only $200 cause it is not fair for him. I had to wait almost a full week to get a refund and he already has my money which is very fishy to me and he will not return my calls or text. I want to see this man in jail.
