I ordered a jumper from bulooks.com after reading their return policy which states if an item received is incorrect, they will refund or exchange an item if the error is on their part. I received a jumper, but absolutely NOT the one I ordered and they are responding in the same way they responded to KristyP- keep the item and accept a 30% off a next order. I did not order this item and it is not something I would wear. Why would I keep it? When I ask about returning it, they state it will cost too much money and inconvenient but also stating I will have to pay for it which goes against their return policy. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well and filing with my Credit Card Company.

First time to order from bulooks. They sent me a totally different clothing item from what I ordered. When I reached out to them about this issue, they sent this message in photo attachment wanting me to keep the item and offered a 30 percent discount on my next purchase. Why in the world would I want to keep an item I didn’t order plus order something else from them?

I ordered a very specific Thanksgiving sweatshirt. I paid $12.99 for rush shipping on 11/13/23. My item came from China (which the website did not mention during the checkout process) and arrived on 12/6/23. It was nothing like the item that was pictured and they will not refund me.
