The business scammed myself and my parents out of $800!!! On Monday, July 26,2021 I found this website when google searching for a English Bulldog Rescue. I received a email from the gentleman over the company and he told me all about the dog "Luna" that I was interested in. I spoke with my parents, and my sister and we agreed that the website looked legit and the dog was gorgeous ! So, on Tuesday July 27th I sent this company $800 via Cash App, and in turn received a tracking number for a website called "Air-Pets America". The tracking number showed that the dog was in transit and that it would be leaving the local airport via American Airlines at 9:40pm and that she would be at my house on July 28th. On the morning of July 28th I received a phone call from "Air-Pets America" stating that I would need to pay another $1800 before the dog was shipped because the carrier did not send the dog in a crate and it did not have insurance to fly. So, i of course became very upset because their website gives the prices for the dogs and talks about how they are already crated, and that they would be comfortable in the plane on their way to their furever home. At that point, I called my sister and we tried to locate the tracking information for the dog via the "Air-pets America" website, and the tracking was non-existent, I tried calling American Airlines, and while on the phone with them my sister copied the picture of "Luna" into the google image search and found that 100's of people have been scammed by this company . She found where people were given the same information I was, but even after paying the money, the dog was never produced. I am wanting to report this because this unfair, illegal and I do not want anyone else to be scammed out of their hardworking money .

My fiance and i were in the market for an english bulldog, but have been struggling to find a small breeder and one that is in our budget. So we came across bulldogs-rescue.com and we fell in love with the puppies they had listed. I emailed back and forth with the person I thought was the breeder, and everything seemed to check out for me. Unfortunately I started to get some suspicions after I made our deposit and come to find out its a scam.

We inquired on a bulldog. The price was good. We paid for the dog, and they offered home delivery. We paid and then I got to thinking that this could be a scam. We were right, I was too late to stop the payment. I am currently working with Paypal, and my credit card company to get my money back.
