I found a bulldog on www.bulldogrescue.com. I filled out an online application for Bonnie a male English Bulldog pup. I sent a Moneygram to Denzel Heinz, 1441 Rosemont Blvd, Dayton, OH 45410. Then I was contacted by the carrier service, Global Express. They asked for $1700 for the carrier and pet insurance. I paid becuase I wanted the dog to be safe. Then they asked for $1750 for shots because the breeder hadn't provided the vet records. Then they asked for more money for a permit to bring the dog into the city. I told them I didn't have any more money. He began threatening me, saying I would go to jail if I didn't pay $2250 for animal neglect. He siad he was hired to take care of the dogs. He said the dog wasn't at a house it was at a facility in West Virginia. I offered to pick up the dog. He said the dog could not be picked up, only delivered. he said I would get back all of money but $200. He goes by either Michael or Miguel. His email is [email protected]. He sounds Hispanic. I've filed a report with the NY attorney general and my local police department. I am out $4250, my income tax return.
