add on FB on (bullterriers puppies for adoption). he showed pictures and said she would be delivered by last thurs. did not happen as they needed more money. I sent money by PayPal. I called PayPal to cancel as they said nothing they can do as I sent it by family and friends. so called my bank and they put a stop payment on the funds still hasn't got through. he has been contacting me to say you need to get your puppy. he wants more money for delivery. he also said he has no money and spent what I sent him. He has a very strong accent and speaks broken English. This is when I realized he is not ho he said he is. For the funds, I know this is a lie as no transaction went through my account and this payment is blocked. He is very persistent on delivering the pup with me paying more money. I want to report this scam and stop this from happening to other people. He also blocked me from the website on FB
