I never got my product after payment. After months and months of waiting and emailing with the company, I asked for a refund and they shut down the line of communication between us. I am out $59.00. They don't honor their promises and don't deliver the products as promised either. I kept getting excuse after excuse why it was delayed. If I could rate 0/0 or below a 0 that still wouldn't be doing this due justice.

I had ordered of bulky bean in June and the had taken my money without a problem within 10 minutes within four months I still haven’t received my package I have multiple emails stating back-and-forth how they are apologizing for the inconvenience due to going viral on TikTok there was a backlog order and that it would be sent out the following Monday when I emails back asking why it was taking them so long they just sent that same e mail worded 3 different ways every time 79.00 later and it wasn’t even for me it was for my son so he could cheer up after we had just lost my mother a month before just nasty site

This company seemed legit. The advertised bean bags at $49, a great deal. I placed my order. Never recieved notice of shipment. I emailed and recieved an email back stating : We are currently on backlog due to going viral on Tik Tok. This leads to a delay. All the remaining orders will be shipped out this upcoming next week. When the order gets shipped out you will receive tracking information. I hope this does not bring any inconvenience for you. Feel free to reach out if you have concerns or questions!

I still haven't recieved any shipment information- I tried emailing back and it comes back as undeliverable.

Now ScamPulse.com has issued a video about what to do next, as this was a scam. Hoping this helps stop the scam.

After alot of resurch online this company doesn't exists. Complete scam. The website looks great and legit with people posting pictures and blogs about how much they loved there product. There is no bean bag coming. Just like everyone else it's the same automated emails they send out to everyone.

The first email comes saying your order is bring processes. Wait for an tracking number. So 2 week. U emailed asked were it was. I got a sorry for the delay in shipping. Due to high order counts there back logged. Told it would get sent out that Friday. Wait another week. Same thing emailed asking and I get the same response. Then 3 weeks after I said I wanted a refund. They offered another bean bag for free. Then another email asking I want a refund because my product hasn't come. Then I get its being shipping Friday do I still want my order. I said no I want a refund. They keep sending the same automated emails to keep you stringed along. They offer a refund that never comes. I emailed them back saying I'm contacted my bank fraud department. So that's 5 weeks of waiting and reported it to my bank. They have credited me my full American amount of $78.06 as that's what it costs with the exchange of $59 American. I suggest contacting your bank or credit card to get your money back as this company doesn't send you anything.

I no longer get any emails after I sent them saying I'm contacting the fraud department. This website needs to be taken down by Google.

They have emailed me over 20 times, back and forth because they have every excuse in the book to say, oh sorry, we went viral on tiktok, we are so backed up, the postal service mixed up orders, blah blah blah. Placed an order from Facebook add video. Never received shipping confirmation. Emailed them and received a generic response of it being shipped at the end of the week. I asked for a refund they do not reply to that request. I believe this company is set up under multiple names to get fast money and never provide the product. I attempted to ask questions on the video on Facebook as well as their friends page and they deleted my comments and blocked me.

On 6/11/22 add on Facebook showed large bean bags for $49 each. I clicked on it and looked at webpage (seemed legit with return policy and refund policy). I read some reviews on webpage as well. I have confirmation of order and several emails back and forth with “Michelle” all with excuses and todays offered refund. I have requested refund and will continue to email them regarding refund request. Attachment is an email I sent to them with confirmation they had sent me.

So I said refund me and gave them my paypal ID to pay.
They asked me to provide them the order number (I actually was replying to the original email with order Number) so I provided it.
They have ignored me since.
I have no item, no tracking, no refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I looked up the address they supplied on my order note, and it is for a house currently empty on the market.

I ordered a bean bag from this website about a month ago. I saw the ad for this website on an app called Tiktok. I tried reaching out through the email given on the website asking about when my package would arrive, but all they sent me was my purchase information. The number on the website is unavailable, and the given address is at someone’s house in a neighborhood. Unfortunately I have no clue how to get my money back. I didn’t really check out the website before purchasing my product, but after about 2 weeks of waiting for a conformation on shipment, I started looking. The website was created in January of 2022, and I made my purchase in March of 2022. I searched up reviews of this page and every single one said that this was a scam. They will not contact you, you will not get your money back, and now they might have my credit card information, along with my address, phone number, and email. BE SAFE.
