BUYER BEWARE
I ordered 7 items that were never delivered. One week into the transaction I began emailing them because I never received a tracking #. More emails because the tracking wasn’t being updated. More emails as the package was taking way too long. A month into waiting for an update, all I got was “be patient”. All of a sudden on a Sunday afternoon, the tracking showed my package was just delivered. This was quite a surprise as I was sitting out front of my home with 2 big German Shepherds and security cameras rolling. Nobody delivered anything to this property without me knowing.
More emails…..They insisted that it was delivered and perhaps it was stolen.
Now I ask for a full refund for the package I never received. I was advised that they cannot give me a full refund and offered me a 50% refund. I strongly disagreed. These emails went back and forth. They were negotiating my refund and insisted I had to accept it before they can process it. I finally gave in at 80% and told them to process the refund.

Purchased a number of clothing items from this company. I purchased on June 1st, and still have not received my items. It has been 3 months now. I have had many excuses, and finally they say they have already been delivered, which they haven't. I have finally requested a refund.

I PLACED FOUR ORDERS TO THIS COMPANY AFTER CHECKING SCAM ALERT TO VERIFY THEIR SAFETY. AFTER A MONTH AND AHALF I DID NOT RECIEVE A SINGLE ITEM. THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT AND GAVE MANY NEW REASONS EACH OF THE 14 EMAILS. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME OR RESEND MY PRODUCT. I HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS UP IN MY GATED PRIVATE HOME AND NEVER RECIEVED A PACKAGE NOR DID ONE EVER GET STOLDEN OFF MY PORCH. ALL FOUR PACKAGES DILIVERED AT FOUR SEPERATE TIMES BECAME LOST AND I NEVER RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK OR MY PURCHASED ITEMS. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS AND I AM OUT OVER ***** ***
