I had same experience, ordered a workbench and never received it, complained through PayPal, but they closed the case stating "The case was closed as this transaction is ineligible for PayPal's Buyer Protection." It wasn't until I googled the company and realised that a ring that we had received, with not package markings etc, was part of the scam.

I too ordered the sewing machine(for my granddaughter) and received a cheap costume bubble gum ring! The total cost was $44.97! Where does one file a fraud complaint?

Yes I'm another one let down , ordered sewing machine haven't received a thing , Tried tracking number says it's been delivered , Royal mail can find no trace of item , will never order anything from China again , More scams than chopsticks from them , only thing they have sent is Corona virus , I am so angry at them and myself for being so gullable

You probably received a very small package probably with a small piece of costume jewellery in it. It had the tracking number on it...

This is all part of the scam.

I ordered a portable sewing machine 45.76 USD I received a cheap ring instead pay Pal has refused my refund they said they received shipping tracking confirming the merchandise was delivered. I did not receive the machine. Istill have the ring & packet it was posted in if they is of any help to you I can forward the photos of the labels with return address on them

Ordered a sewing machine, received a cheap trinket ring. Paypal sided with Builondip as they had proof of delivery. Very disappointed in Paypal, who either haven't done their due diligence and found web pages like this one in two minutes, or are quite happy to allow companies like Builondip to scam customers and take their own cut. If only I had done my own due diligence before ordering! I wouldn't be £38 out of pocket. Shame on me and shame on Paypal for their collusion.

I ordered a sewing machine on 30th May 2020. It was never received. We filed a complaint with PayPal who were no help whatsoever. They said the sewing machine was delivered to us on 29th July. We were home all day that day as it’s my daughters birthday. There was no proof that it had been delivered. Not sure what else to do.

I paid 35 us dollars for a sewing machine in may 2020, on august 4th i received a cheap gold coloured ring in a blue box. I contacted pay pal and they offered me a partial refund which i refused. I am waiting to hear from pay pal and will cancel my account if i do not receive a full refund.
