A Google search for a specific kitchen faucet lead me to the web site. It was similarly priced as other faucets. I purchased the product for $149.00. I was immediately sent a confirmation number and how long shipping would take. After patiently waiting for double the time with no updated information I emailed the support team. There was a general response with no additional information or help. I continued to email the support team with no response whatsoever. I went back to look for other contact information and there was none available. No phone number or address. I don't know what else to do to recoup my money.
