This website appears to be scamming many people, and has a pattern of receiving orders, then not supplying them or communicating with customers. They have no public facing return policy, customer service phone number, or shipping guidelines. I ordered one item via the buffalovely.com website on 10/10 and immediately received an order confirmation via email. My debit card was immediately charged $29.60. This company uses Shopify as their product management system (listed on their website, "Powered by Shopify"). The automated Shopify email said I would receive another email when my item was shipped. No shipping guidelines were included. On 10/25, I emailed the company requesting a status update using the email address on their website (the only method of contact listed), but did not receive a response. On 10/27, I made a comment on the company's Instagram post asking for help. They responded by hiding my comment and sending me a DM that said-"Hey!! So we saw your comment - your order hasn't arrived?" That was the only direct communication I've had with the company. I replied to the message with my order number and asked for an update, but still have not received any responses. I have followed up via email on 10/31, 11/2, and 11/6. They have now blocked me on IG and FB. It has been four weeks and I have not received any communication, shipping notification, or my item. This company is also in violation of the Shopify merchant terms that list "You acknowledge and agree to provide public-facing contact information, a refund policy and order fulfilment timelines on your Shopify Store." Buffalovely.com should not be able to conduct business like this and others need to be warned.

I'm having a really frustrating experience with a business I ordered from. It's been almost 2 months since I placed my order and I still haven't received it. They sent me an email saying everything had been shipped, but I only got one item out of a very large order. I've tried contacting them multiple times through various channels, including email, text, and social media, but I haven't gotten any response. I'm not the only one having this problem - there are at least two other customers leaving comments on their social media posts asking for a response. I'm really disappointed to see so many negative reviews of this business and to find out that they're still in operation despite being such terrible thieves. They took the money from my checking account and now I can't even get an answer about whether I'm going to receive my order. Honestly, I just want my money back at this point and don't want to have anything to do with this awful excuse for a small business.
