Randy agreed to do a concrete pad at my house. He quoted me for a 28x15 pad. The pad he did was only 20x12. It was also crooked and off level. The City would not let me build a garage on it because it was so poorly done, so I have to pay for it to be demolished and a new concrete pad put in.
