I googled for budget rent a car and called the number it provided and spoke with a person to reserve a car , me not haven a credit card , I was told to get a pre payed card America Express with that I can reserve one. Well next day thinking I can go to where I thought I had rented one and sad to say I had no RESERVATIONS and the money on the cards is gone . All 600 and something is gone .
