told me to pay him $150 for 5 cartridges from Budccenter.com and my package will be shipped overnight. Not once in any of the correspondence was I told I would have to pay an additional $450 insurance fee. If I dont my shipment will be turned over to police. When I tried to return it I was told I couldn't. The package was sent thru UPSJET Deliveries. I keep asking for my $$ but they keep blaming it on Covid or they had no idea this was going to happen. Thos is in email I received from UPSJET DELIVERIES:

THIS IS TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THIS PACKAGE NEEDS TO BE REGISTERED FOR THE NEW REFUNDABLE INSURANCE SCHEME BEFORE IT CAN BE SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS
YOUR PACKAGE IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD IN UPSJD CUSTODY IN MA AND UNLESS INSURANCE IS PAID, WE CAN NOT HELP.
