Scam and wrong accusations

After sending an application to the host on the beautiful island of Ibiza for a mid-september 2022 term i received notice from the host that tey are occupied in this period of time. We aaranged by plattform email that a stay in august would be possible. When attemting to change the date for a new application (!), i got notice from the website, "that only one application by the time" could be sent. Well, the host changed my first application to "canceled" then, so the way would be free to apply again. So we thought. Nothing happend almost for an entire day on the menue of their website. When finally the "canceled" has been shown for my first attempt, i tried to apply for 2 weeks right away. 3 attempts, 3 errors. 4th attempt allowed me to apply for a week only. So i did, informing the land lady on Ibiza about the troubles.
She couldn´t find my new application when she searched in order to change it from one to two weeks. Again nothing happened from "BudandBreakfast".
Finally, Monday morning, after 3 entire days of trying...yes including the friday...i got notice from the land-lady. She would have received harsh reactions by the "BudandBreakfast" HQ´s, warning her to do business with me. i´d tried to oversmart them and to book around them directly. this after an Email in which i annonce the trouble, offer my help in order with EU regulations for agents (as this has been my occupation for 30 years) and to tell them that their fee will be paid directly, but both the land-lady and i would insist to pay the room at arrival.
One thing is a zero performance of a website, which entire business model is to forward contact details and set up an email matrix.
Another thing is promising hosts a valuable service in order to get customers, which you at the end disrespect, accuse and ignore when it comes to a correspondence regarding your business failure...which has resulted in expenses and plenty of anger for all involved, but BedandBreakfast.
For us 420´s this service may sound great, but in the end they proof to be part of the problem of places like Ibiza. They do not transport any poositive change with their business. In contrary...they just rip the rest of dignity there in pieces for their profit and their ignorance.
I am done with BedandBreakfast...before anything started.

We purchased a vacation through this website and payed through paypal. The website claims that any owner can list their property as a "cannabis vacation rental". As soon as we landed in the morning the owners claimed that they did not want us to come. They said we would not get a refund because we were "in the wrong because they did not like how we spoke to them". I immediately called the hotline listed on the website and never got an answer. It was not until we contacted paypal and the credit card companies for fraud they refunded us via paypal. I tried to list a review about our experience on the site and it was never posted, I am also not able to delete my account on this site or the account info like my address. This website has reviews from other "people" but I fear it is not a real site. The scary part is how well made this site is, I could see it taking advantage of many. There is no company address listed anywhere on this site. No one has ever answered the phone and I have called many times.
