I got concerned after I had emailed 3 times with no response and started researching this company and looks like they do this a lot and have many different names. The address google maps to a residential neighborhood.

My husband purchased 2 bownet commander gear bags from Beacon on Sunday. Information stated once payment was received they would ship the items. However, Tuesday I called and the phone number given rang then interrupted with "this number is busy or has been disconnected." So i emailed. NO RESPONSE. The funds have been taken on my Credit Card. I called and emailed yesterday again as for status. NO response. Normal business will send an email with status of order. This does not NOR do they answer the phone or emails. I advised I would give until Friday and i was going to report the amount to credit card as fraud and get my money back. I have a strange feeling this company is bogus-based on the phone information. I have looked on your website and not seen complaints. I have looked on line and I am not able to find anything. I am hopin ScamPulse.com can help me resolve.

I ordered an item from this company-a lefse kit. It did not come. When I contacted them via email, I got a weird response and a weird tracking number.

I then received a package from China that had nothing to do with what I actually ordered. They sent a knock off wallet. I'm going to return to sender.
