I bought a car in the state of New York off the market as he claimed he owned buckeye auto sale with the title that confirms it he explained the little issues that need to be fixed witch I accept I told him I’ll get a second opinion the very the day he wrote and signed on paper if any more issues or major issues that I would be able to get my full refund. I texted the next day after mechanic stated the car was a HAZARD and I would lose steering if I was to hit a bump I messaged him and sent pictures after car was lifted up he proceeded to say he is a man of his words when he comes back from Ohio he will give refund then he the day comes he tells me he is not refunding and not to come to the house we exchanged at that it’s an “air BNB “ to not cause drama and blocked me… poor business I called them I get hanged up on I just wanted a refund and they can have the car back as it’s useless…
