I placed on order back on 01/25 for a Luxury Rose Teddy Bear priced at $32.46 ( $25.99 price - $1.30 discount code + $0.78 shipping insurance + $6.99 shipping ). I received a confirmation email that said my order was received and was being processed. I waited over a week and no update. I emailed the company on 2/2/2020 asking about the status on my order. I received a response saying due to the “hot season” the shipping company is delayed and to be patient. On 02/05/2020 I emailed and asked to cancel my order. Reply received on 02/12/2020 asking me to wait another 3-5 business days. Reply sent back to company same day, again asking to cancel my order. Reply received from company on 02/15/2020, will refund me 20% ( $6.49 ) and give me a discount coupon for my next order. Replied to company to cancel order and refund full amount.
