I had placed the order, emailed them to cancel the order immediately after the order was placed. Claimed it was too late and shipped the item. They said I can get a refund and return the item once I get it in the mail. So I have been emailing them. I have evidence from customers showing and explain that this person is scamming their customers. They are supposed to be selling “authentic” Labubu dolls from Pop mart. This is a high in demand product and they proclaimed it was authentic but people have opened them and it’s shown it’s not authentic from the original doll. They refuse to answer any emails. I have been emailing both customer service email located on their website.

They sold obviously counterfeit pop mart the monsters exciting Macaron labubus. The counterfeits have the pop mart logos printed on the box, foot, and tag on the item.
