Placed in order on 4/25/23 for a bubble tea sealer machine which costed us $1454 and got no update about the order. Messaged and emailed the company for couple days, no response at all. We use a different phone number to message them and pretended we are interested in placing in order, they replied almost immediately. After we stated that we actually ordered and tried to get an update, they stopped replying.
