My family is looking at purchasing a Devon Rex kitten. We came across this website and contacted the seller. The seller only responded via text message and became very defensive when I began asking questions about his/her business. I searched for the cattery online and could not find the business name and/or any associate as a breeder. After contacting AARP to find out about online pet scams, I became suspicious and did more research. After doing more research, and asking specific questions of the person I was communicating with, I am more certain that this is a scam.
