The website also clearly stated that it came with expedited shipping (2-4 days). The toys did not arrive within the time frame stated and ended up arriving more than a month later.
The toys arrived cracked and with some exposed wires. Some of the LEDs also did not work. We also did not receive the extra solution we ordered. There were also bugs in the packaging & the quality of the product was not at all what the company advertised.
We contacted the company three times. Twice through email and once through leaving a voicemail. The phone number is strangely located in Wyoming, and the voicemail leaves no indication that it’s related to the bubble gun company.
The company website states that there is a money back guarantee, but it’s been impossible to get a hold of them.
