I was contacted by Vernon Bright about getting paid to advertise Bubble Up by placing a 15 inch magnet/sticker on my vehicle. I received a check for $4,760. The bank confirmed the routing number does not go to a real bank. The check was from Virginia and the individual texting me was from Ohio.
