I ordered 2 fishing kayaks for 123.58 from btofxi.com. I received a little girls tank top. I filed a complaint, they said they resent the item, with new tracking information. It tracked all the way to being dispatched for delivery, to change at the last minute lost in transit. I filed another complaint they said they would send it again, and still nothing. I then find a string of complaints online on the problems with orders from this website btofxi.com. I filed for a refund to now get no response.

Ordered 2 fishing kayaks

I ordered 2 fishing kayaks for $123.00. They sent me a tiny little girls tank top, so I made a complaint. The offered to resend my items. Tracking information and everything was good. Tracked all the way to be delivered just to be lost at the last minute. I made another omplaint, they offered to resend my items again. Then I found this website with all these people having the same issues. Now I've ask for a full refund to be screwed around on my getting my payment back.

Definitely SCAM ordered 2 deer stand seats got sent girls tank top. Requested money back they wanted to settle for percentages, after reading several things saying scam I agreed for partial repayment hoping to get some of my money back but have yet to see any for last 4 months.

Ordered a kayak for my son's birthday (September). And it's now January almost February and I have not received it. My son is completely heartbroken and I'm out of $80. I've been emailing these people for months to just give me a refund they kept referring me back to the tracking(which was no help). Please save your heartache and buy from somewhere else. Please please don't buy anything from here.

I ordered a canopy and they sent me a shirt just so they can have a confirmation number so they can say that the package got delivered. Then they said that maybe my neighbor might have it. A canopy! Really?! Little did they know a canopy can't fit in a mailbox. I requested a refund and they offered a partial payment. I declined and they never gave me my money back and they keep ignoring my emails.

Ordered a hunting stand ,received a little girls tank top. Reordered shipment lost in transit. They offered me a 60% refund, I objected and they countered with a 75% refund. I'm sure if I agreed with a refund they will want my bank account info to fleece me out of my hard earned $ even though I made the purchase with a VISA months ago.

I ordered a ladder tree stand from this company from their online store. Received an email notifying it was shipped, no tracking number, expected arrival date or mode of transport. (This is over 80#) I called the number listed on the website and it is a fake phone number. I emailed for shipping info. Rec'd an email stating the item was sent via USPS and I was given a tracking number. When I looked up the tracking number it stated it had been delivered the week prior to the porch. USPS does NOT handle packages over 70# .

USPS investigated and I learned the tracking number had been hacked from another package being delivered to our area. We did not receive our package. BEWARE OF BTOFXI.com

Purchased 2 folding tables and 8 chairs for $77 dollars each. I'm out of $185 and was charged 33 dollars for shipping, when site states that it's free. My order has been processing since 11/22/2021. I have called and sent emails demanding
a refund. Phone# is fake and the email is probably fake. "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". This is truly a scam and buyer should beware!

Place the order for my granddaughter's Christmas present which was a walk-in kitchen, ask the firm to send me a confirmation number and the date of arrival, they indicated as soon as the order be placed they will send me a confirmation number, as soon as they receive the payment they received me a confirmation number I made three or four attempts and receive the same input.

My son and I ordered and paid online to this company 121.70 on August 4th 2021 for a hunting tree stand. We never received the tree stand , and then on November 8th, 2021 we received a suspicious package with a paper thin small pink jacket inside. The usps tracking number traces back to the date of my purchase.

I have tried to reach out to the company with no response from them

I ordered from btofxi and the item ships from China. I received a iPhone cable cheap item I did not order. Then they will not refund my money. Because it took months for shipping I am unable to get refund from my debit card. So they completely screwed me. Unfortunately the item I ordered was not a personal item it was a donation to my community. Pull these scammers off the internet. Please.

Please note, the phone number is from the state of AL, but the address is IN. This is obviously a Chinese company, since that is where the incorrect product was shipped from. It is also apparent that the emails are not written by a native English speaker.

I ordered a sharing library, yet weeks and weeks later received an odd clothing item called a "sleeve". I asked for them to send the product again, I waited another month before receiving notification from the shipping company "The delivery status of your item has not been updated (Your package may have been lost during the transportation period. pls contact sender)"

Most recently, I received an email stating, "Hello there

They sent a shipping number and i followed it. they were deliver Two tree stands what I received was a envelope with a tracking number. Complaints department told me it was probably at the post office. I contacted Post Master in our community . See in the weight portion on picture .15ozs, Deer stands should be roughly 50lbs each

This is completely a scam. I purchased a toy racing track from Cars worth $132 for my 2 yr old. Which he completely excited about. After a week I emailed asking for tracking info they sent me attacking number stating it was shipped. a week goes by and tracking info has not changed no movement I email again asking for status as my shipment had not moved. they reply saying 10- 20 shipping . I wait come to 2 months still no move I email letting them know I wanted an answer about my shipment. They reply " due to Covid shipment is taking longer be patient". I try calling number complete fake number. Please stay away from this site.
