This online store was advertising items via a sponsored Facebook ad. However through personal experience and reading others comments left on the page they are frequently delivering items that are either mis-advertised, incomplete, broken, or in my case never received at all. I ordered a frame hanging wall decoration over two months ago and despite multiple correspondence sent to the support email that was listed they simply stated that the package was delivered and there was nothing they could do. I only lost about 30$ however this is not the point as I've stated this has happened to others as well. I hope you take this very seriously as many honest people have lost money to this "company". I appreciate your time and attention to this matter.
