The company Bstroy has an active website (bstroy.us) selling apparel and accessories. I made a purchase on their site in November in the dollar amount of $824.04 for a leather bag ($725) and t shirt ($95) and was charged and additional $4.04 for shipping. The total was $824.04. I was sent an email from them informing me that $729.04 was being refunded for the leather bag. I was given no explanation why. I assumed I would be receiving the tshirt since i was not reimbursed for it. I sent emails inquiring why i was refunded for the bag but I received no response. I expected to receive the tshirt, as the site said it would take up to 20 days. I have not received the tshirt and I’ve sent several emails but gotten no feedback. I went to their instagram page and saw several comments from other people claiming they have not recieved their products either. Please get me my money back. This company is currently doing a collaboration with the designer Givenchy. Perhaps they are too busy to fulfill their orders and maybe they just don’t care about certain orders. But i would like my money back, $95 and I don’t know what else to do. Ive left messages in emails and instagram accounts…. NO RESPONSE. ORDER #7220
