Every month they charge me $9.92 for absolutely no reason. I had them refund me $$ a few months ago for a subscription I did not sign up for but they continue to charge me! I have to cancel my card now and dispute the charges and every bill I have connected to that card will have to be rerouted. Did I mention I get absolutely nothing for the 9.92 they debit from my account every month?!?!

On Feb. 5, 2021 I saw an ad on Facebook for a CBD Oil sponsored by Joel Osteen.It claimed on the ad that you can get a free sample of CBD Oil for shipping and handling charge of $6.82. I provided my ******** Card # and allowed that charge of $6.82. On Feb. 22, 2021 - BSN Brands charge my account $99.82. I called them and said I never authorized this charge and I wanted to send the sealed sample back (Ive never used it and never will after realizing this is a scam). I spoke with "Scott" as BSN - he claimed that in fine print on the Facebook ad it said that I had to cancel by "subscription" to CBD oil after the sample was sent out. I told him I didn't authorize that, I just wanted the sample not a subscription. He tried to offer me it for $40.00 - I refused. He then said their system was down and they'd send me a check in 5-10 business days. I waited for the check, which never arrived. At that time, I contacted my ******** Card and filed a dispute. While I had that dispute case opened against BSN Brands and after I told "Scott" at BSN never to use my card again and cancel by subscription - BSN again charged my card $99.82. My credit card company did issue a credit for the second charge - but not the first. ******** claims they are still investigating. In addition, I discovered a charge on that same ******** card for $9.92 from GetHRNBrands.com April 8th, 2021 and a charge on March 8, 2021 from Healthy Rhythms Nutrion for $9.92. When I called GetHRNBrands.com at 855-856-1483 about these charges, they claimed that when I ordered the CBD oil, I got a "subscription" to Carolina Farms ebook and was being charged monthly for that along with the oil "subscription". I spoke with "Tanya" about this on 4/15/21. - she claimed a cancellation was put through on 4/9/21 with a cancellation #*****. I then called my credit card company and requested they stop these 3 company names to stop utilizing my credit card. So far, my ******** Card company has not given me an answer regarding refunding me the $99.82 - these scam artists are getting away with this!!!
