In the past two weeks I have received on the most 4 calls per day from BSI Insurance. It is always a woman, stating her name is Sam and is not the same person on each call. Phone numbers are fraudulent, I call number and get recording not in service. All phone calls come on caller ID from numerous states. I block each number and I am still receiving phone calls. I have asked to have my number removed and before I can finish the other end has hung up. They do ask for age and if I am receiving Medicare. I only let them ask those two questions once.

Scam called, asked my age. hung up when I questioned reasoning.

Repeatedly calling to offer insurance but using caller phone numbers that belong to local people who have no idea their phone numbers are being used as the caller ID
