I received a letter about consolidating and forgiving student loans. I thought it was from my loan provider. I spoke to someone who identified themselves as Bryan Amezcua who took my SSN, address, phone, referral contact info, bank information routing and account numbers, and said he would consolidate my loans and gov are a new repayment amount and I just needed to pay a consolidation and transfer fee to move my remaining balance. He emailed me docs to sign but I realized the scam then and hung up.
