I ordered a ball pit and it states items may come in different packages and would take 7 working days to ship. Still haven’t received order update or shipping information and it’s been a month. I’ve emailed and tried to call with no response.

Too good to be true prices on website - although initially husband thought nothing of this and placed an order. Upon me doing my research this address has had multiple website names used to sell products at unreasonably low prices - although no one ever receives product or receives any type of communication in regards to product(s) TOTAL SCAM!
