Called a few times for a payday loan from 2014. They have my address street and city correct but state is not. I was threatened with fraud charges and court. I asked for my rights as a consumer for proof of the debt she told me I was no longer a consumer. Said she would email me the proof I have yet to see it. When I asked about my states statute of limitations on fraud she said that is only for putting things on credit report. Her name is Alison Meyers.

This company keep calling my relatives and keeps calling me stating they are coming to my job and home to serve me paper. This has been going on for years since 2015. Never have they come to my job or serve paper nor do I owe the creditor they state I owe. Be aware.

Gloria is the Name of the scammer. She attempted to contact me. Using a robot caller saying that their is a important Piece of mail that's time sensitive and must be looked at and sent back in. But once it's done It tells you to press one and a live Rep will contact you. It's not a live Rep it's just Gloria trying to go after people telling them that someone owes back money to a payday loan and if it's not paid that you will be Sue and action will be taken place scaring for Garnished wages or jail time for a payday loan that is way off date of when it was open. Their is multiple people with the same Report on a Scammer reports website.
