PLEASE RESPOND ORDER ID RVMFYM
1. When accepted by fed ex he told me was opened and damaged and to notify sender. He said could be tempered with and I said I don't need to accept he said you should and advise sender
2. Notified sender immediately
3. Stated on box DAMAGED and OPEN
4 did not received with 4 days as stated by sender received after 3 weeks
5. I do not have contents and merely receiving does not constitute that contents are in box per law
6. Box can be inspected weight was minimum and so missing items don't amount to too much weight
They refused to give money back by saying th content were in package when it was clearly an opened package.
I need $3520 refunded scammed by sending fed ex delivered when it was empty package. Please resolve

I bought an expensive piece of clothing from Browns Fashion online store on July 15, 2022. It was for an event and I expected to receive it within about a week or so. That event has not passed. It has now been 16 days and I haven't received my purchase. The tracking information shows that a label was created and that the parcel was never shipped. I contacted Browns multiple times via email to say the item hasn't shipped and they followed up to say "we are happy that it has been delivered to you." Their email was very surprising considering the parcel had not even been shipped, so how could it have been delivered?! I asked them how it's possible that they believe it was delivered when the tracking shows it hasn't even been shipped. They never responded. I called them on the phone and their customer representative couldn't explain it. I have asked for a refund multiple times and they have refused. They claim to be looking into the issue with their warehouse and FedEx, but have sent me no update for more than a week! I believe this company is fraudulent. If they don't give me a refund within 24 hours I will be filing a dispute with my bank. I am extremely distressed that they are 1. keeping my funds, 2. not providing any update on the package, 3. sending me absolutely contradictory information (no shipment information yet claiming the parcel was delivered). I am appalled at their behavior and now under financial strain due to their lack of a refund. Nobody should EVER buy from this company.
