Found the advertising on FB. purchased Ornaments Garage Door × 1

7 ft.H x 16 ft W for $86.98. They charged me $100.03.

product was finally sent and it was not as described on the website. i asked for a refund several times and they said i have to send the product back to china!

The product was nothing as described and the company disregards any concerns but acts like they are checking into it. When asked about install instructions for the flimsy hooks that come with the product they don't answer the question. The hooks are nothing like what they described on their website. When return information was asked for. They informed me that they had sent me the correct item and no refund can be issued. Then the product supposedly came from Portugal but when I got the item the address was a New Jersey address. This company is a straight scam.

I purchased a garage door holiday cover from this company. The website explaining that this garage door cover is made of a high quality durable material. It also talks about the system that the company developed that makes installation simple. It says how easily it is installed on the garage door with the over the door hook with no fasteners needed. This garage door cover that was sent is a thin see-through sheet that would not last one season and did not come with anything to mount it, so i asked them to explain to me how this is correct according to the ad on the website. i tried several time to reach out to support but all they say is everything is right. the website also says fast refund for any dissatisfaction within 15 days, 100% money-back guarantee. The website advertisement is very good shows a heavy cover with a specialty mounting system. I received a thin feedthrough sheet and nothing else.
