They called my brother telling him I needed to get in touch with them about a Civil Suit. So I called them and they said I owed some company a bunch of money. And that I needed to pay them 395 dollars before the beginning of next month so I didn't go to court

They claum they are a mediation company and they have a claim against you. They say if you dont pay them 689.00 they will send your case to the court house for a process server to come to your house for you to pay on this payday loan.
