I found this company on the internet for a wireless dog collar. I read all the reviews and it seemed legit. I did receive the dog collar after 2 months of emailing everyday. They had my money, I had no collar. When I finally received the collar it was way to big for my dog. In the description it said “fits all dogs”. Not true. I sent them an email letting them know I needed to return it and I received an email stating electronics are non refundable. In big bold letters on the home page for this company it states returns accepted within 30 days. Needless to say they weren’t going to work with me.

I contacted PayPal, and was given instructions on what to do. They sent PayPal a bogus address, and when I contacted PayPal as I was in the post office they replied to send it to the website address. So I did. Which cost me an extra $25.00.

Needless to say, PayPal informed I sent it to the wrong address, and they would not refund my funds either, after I was following their direction.

I have been furious over this, not only did I get ripped off for $150.00 + but they still have a website and are able to conduct business!

So, in my mind, once again honest people getting screwed, dishonest people able to keep taking advantage of us! Sad.
