I ordered a garden shed from the website Brookue.com, I never received the merchandise. I was informed through a USPS tracking number that it was delivered to my residence, but I did not receive the package. On the tracking information, the package states that it was delivered via First-Class Package Service, which doesn't deliver large scale packages such as the shed I ordered. I believe that the company might have mailed a totally different small envelope/package with the tracking number and used it to prove delivery of a false product.
