The scammers knew my address and the last 4 of my ssn they told me that they was going to take me to court for a loan I told out in 2019 for 2500 but If I could get this taken care of then they would do a settlement of 825 they sent me a email cause i told them that I would get paid next week and so they sent me a email with the agreement on it but as sooner as I exited out the email I didn’t see the email again

Someone from BrooksideandBecker.com contacted my boyfriend about some debt from 2020 they say is from some loan company. They said they have been sending paperwork that we haven’t received and that the statute of limitations was up soon and they were trying to get a judgment done. The original debt was supposedly $1000 and then has increased to $6000 somehow. They were pushy on payment today and sent over documents to supply his credit card info with. Also, when you google the number it popped up as some girl on Instagram who does nails.

The called from BrooksideandBecker.com and said they have documents “summons” of their case against me - then provide me with an agreement of monthly payments, asked to signed a document of dropbox.
