This is a scam company. The order I placed never changed from "in Process" to shipped. When I sent an e-mail to cancel the order, the support e-mail address provided on the site returned as "underliverable". I filed a dispute for the charge with my credit card company. Do not order from Brookshoes.Net. This is a scam company that will take your money and never send you a product.

SCAM!!! NOT BROOKS SHOES!

I "purchased" running shoes for $78.00 and have not received them after nearly 3 weeks and the email to contact them does not work. It is a false website for Brooks running shoes. Going to contact BBB and my bank for a possible refund. Lesson learned, if it seems to good to be true, it probably is ?

Ordered a $78 pair of shoes. It's not impossible to find this price in the past. This site just links back to the real Brook site. The red flag should have been the insistence on PayPal. Tracking number said delivered but I was home at the time. I can't believe I fell for that one. Disputed the charge, contacted USPS, and tried to reach these [censored] as well. Do not click on this site.

Bought a pair of Brooks Running Shoe online. Did a google search for Brooks Ghost Women’s 8.5. Found a website showing shoes were on sale for $78. Places my order and paid through PayPal. Got an email confirming the order and said it would be processed within 24 hours. After that time passed I email the company to check on my order. I never got a response. I went to PayPal and filed a case I never got my order. The supposed person replied to the PayPal claim with a bogus tracking number. They found a random FedEx delivery to Salina and tried to say that was my package. I was able to contact FedEx and they confirmed that tracking number was not to my address. The 4 packages that arrived were a set of tires weighing 36 pounds. The signature on file since it was most likely a company was automatic. I uploaded all my findings in PayPal. I tried to file a fraud case with FedEx but their fraud department was closed for the day. I just don’t want this to happen to other people. When you find this website in a google search it looks like it is a good deal for Brooks shoes.
