I ordered from a website claiming to be the official website of Brooks Running. I ordered a pair of shoes and never received a receipt or order confirmation or anything else. I could not login to the site later nor did I have any way to check an order status. I paid through PayPal and the payment went to a Richard Trujillo instead of Brooks. I never received the product and filed a dispute with PayPal. PayPal received a tracking number from the supposed seller and it claimed that the item had been delivered two days after ordering and was given to a person at my address. This did not happen. PayPal closed my dispute and told me to work it out with the seller. I have called PayPal and they are supposedly checking into it again. I also contacted Brooks Running by phone and they told me that they had received other calls and that the website https://www.brawcws.com/ is at the top of their fraudulent list. I don't know how to shut this site down but I'm guessing this is happening to people all over.
