The owner Bob Brooks doing business as Brooks Quality Coatings is unlicensed, not bonded, not insured, commits forgery on contracts and has employees illegally work without workers compensation. If he contracts any flooring jobs from 01/01/17 or beyond. He is operating illegally. This owner and company commits illegal business practices at the expense of the consumer. Contractors State License Board has investigated and filed a complaint due to his illegal practice as of 03/27/17.
