This company had multiple coolers and freezers listed for sale on Facebook. I verified the company at their website. I exchanged messages on facebook with **** ****, who identified as the owner. He then had a sales rep call me named ***** *******. ***** called me from a New York number (area code 347). They wanted Zelle payments because they said they were changing credit card processors. I did zelle payments to pay for the freezer. A day before the cooler was supposed to arrive they said someone broke the door while loading it. They then said they needed a few days for a repairman to fix it. This never happened for the next several days and there was no solution. They next stated they planned to get a similar cooler from a competitor from Ohio. They requested more money from me to cover additional shipping. This never happened and I did not send more money. Next they stated they had a different freezer in Florida they would send and stated it would be here within a few days. That never happened either. I requested they send me money back and didn't get a reply.

I contacted my bank to dispute the transactions and hope to get my money back.
